Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by destination and customs)

Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size of your order and delivery destination.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

MT Racing is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other events outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

• Check around your delivery location.
• Ask neighbors or household members.
• Contact the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
